ok, so monday i got the chance to meet one of the coolest people ever and possibly meet ladylucrezia ([link]). Duff Goldman. that's right, i said Duff Goldman. A.K.A.- The Ace Of Cakes....the Charm City Cakes founder (their website btw is very cool- [link] ). problem is, we had to drive 4-5 hours up to the michigan u campus in ann arbor, michigan...A.K.A. enemy territory (i'm a diehard OSU fan). so there i was...all decked out in OSU colors smack dab in the middle of enemy territory. what can i say, i'm a thrill seeker. i like to ruffle some feathers, poke the bear, etc... anyway, i get up to have my book signed (yes, i have his book..it's actually a REALLY good book...i would suggest buying it if you're a fan of the show ) and who but duff himself (who apparently was born in detroit) says something about my outfit. duff. noboby on campus said a thing to me. but the guy i went to see does. how...cool...is...that! he asked me what the 'hell i was doing in michigan' wearing OSU colors. i told him i was 'ruffling some feathers' lol...then he said he hoped i had an armed guard to get out of there...'nah' i said,'i'm a fighter. was hoping someone other than you would say something to me, but apparently they're all too chicken' XD...was such a great time. i didn't get to meet ladylucrezia but maybe another time. pictures to come soon...well, as soon as i can get my card reader to work with this stupid macbook ><
